Guest requirements

1. Age Restrictions:Minimum age for guests are 18 or under 18 require adult supervision. 2. Capacity Limits:Maximum guest allowed on the property 15. 3. Safety Rules:Pool No diving or running near the pool. 4. Pool Hours: please stick to your rental agreement. If you would like to extend your pool hours please notify host. 5. Cleanliness Expectations: Request that guests keep the pool area clean and dispose of trash properly. 6. No Glass Containers: Prohibit glass items around the pool to prevent accidents. 7. Behavior Guidelines:please be respectful to each other as possible or have some good behavior.. 8. Damage Policy:Please inspect property. Renter is responsible for any damages to pool or property. 9. Insurance Waiver: Please sign waiver for pool use and safety. 10. Check-in​/​Check-out Procedures: please check in on app and check out with host with host when leaving.
